  • Pea Protein – Pure plant-based protein with all the essential amino acids. It maintains muscle tone, gives a long-lasting feeling of satiety and is a gentle choice for people with sensitivity to dairy products.
  • Collagen peptides (type I and III) – Support the body’s natural collagen production, contributing to healthy and elastic skin, resilient joints, and rapid tissue repair.
  • Egg white (albumin) – Supports the building and repair of muscles and tissues.
  • L-5-Methyltetrahydrofolate (5-MTHF) – Key to the proper development of the fetal nervous system and healthy cell division.
  • Choline (bitartrate) – Supports the development of the baby’s brain and memory and supports the functions of the mother’s liver.
  • DHA (from algae) – Omega-3 fatty acid, essential for the development of vision, nervous system and cognitive abilities of the baby.
  • Vitamin C – Strengthens the immune system, protects against oxidative stress and improves iron absorption.
  • Acacia fiber – Promotes the balance of intestinal microflora, promotes good digestion and optimal absorption of nutrients.
  • Natural flavors sweetened with stevia – provide a pleasant taste without added sugars and with a low glycemic index, suitable for daily consumption.

During pregnancy and breastfeeding, a woman’s protein needs increase by more than 30%, according to the Institute of Medicine. MamaGlow Protein provides everything you need—without ingredients that may irritate the stomach or negatively affect hormones.

A purified formula with three protein sources:

  • Pea protein – light, amino-acid rich, and gentle on digestion.
  • Collagen peptides (Type I & III) – daily intake of collagen peptides helps improve skin elasticity and hydration, supports joint health, and aids tissue repair.
  • Egg white protein (albumin) – a complete protein with high bioavailability that supports muscle tone and regeneration. It also supports breast milk composition, fetal brain development, and reduces the risk of adverse pregnancy outcomes.

Unlike other brands that require combining multiple separate products, MamaGlow’s protein blend brings everything together in one comprehensive formula. This saves you time, money, and effort—while providing complete support during the most important period for you and your baby.

Most protein products on the market are whey-based. While whey protein is popular among athletes, it is not always suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding women due to:

  • Risk of digestive discomfort – it may cause bloating, gas, and heaviness

  • Potential allergic reactions – whey is a dairy product and may be problematic for those with lactose intolerance

  • Often contains artificial sweeteners (such as aspartame or sucralose) or flavorings that are not recommended during this period

✨ Our Glow formula is different — gentler on the body and easier to digest and absorb.

The truth about protein that few mothers know

The need for protein during pregnancy do not increase linearly.

In the first trimester, requirements remain largely unchanged, but in the second and third trimesters the body enters “protein accretion mode” — a physiological state in which amino acids are actively stored.

Protein requirements increase by approximately +8–10 g per day in the second trimester and reach +25–30 g per day in the third trimester. During breastfeeding, needs remain elevated at around +25 g per day.

These amino acids are essential for the development of the placenta, brain, and organs of the baby.

When protein intake is insufficient, the body prioritizes the baby by drawing on the mother’s own resources, impacting her energy levels and recovery.

About me

My name is Patricia. I was born in Ruse, but for the past 17 years I’ve called Sofia my home. I graduated in Law in the UK and worked for two corporate companies, but my passion for entrepreneurship and motherhood led me to create something of my own—something built with purpose, care, and meaning.

My experience with lactose intolerance over a decade ago completely changed my relationship with food. I learned how to truly listen to my body, choose nourishment that supports it, and cultivate the same awareness in my child.

This journey inspired me to qualify as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner with the NTA in the United States, deepening my understanding of the female body and its unique needs. That knowledge became the foundation for MamaGlow—a formula created with no compromises, no bloating, and no unnecessary ingredients.

I didn’t want to create just another protein. I wanted to offer holistic support for the female body, combining science and intuition. MamaGlow was developed together with a team of experts and infused with everything I was searching for myself—but couldn’t find on the market.

MamaGlow is more than a product. It is a symbol of female strength, care, and connection.

Frequently Asked Questions

Getting enough protein is key when planning a pregnancy, as it supports hormonal balance and the body’s preparation for conception. During pregnancy, protein needs increase by more than 30%, and during breastfeeding – by more than 60% compared to normal values (Institute of Medicine). In addition, egg protein consumption during pregnancy, breastfeeding, and early childhood has been linked to improved birth outcomes, more favorable breast milk composition, and supported children’s brain development (The Journal of Nutrition). In general, a higher intake of animal protein by the mother is associated with a lower risk of adverse pregnancy outcomes (Maternal & Child Nutrition, The Journal of Nutrition).

Yes. The formula is specially designed for women during pregnancy – with active forms of folate (5-MTHF), choline, DHA from algae and proteins, which are easy to digest and gentle on digestion. It does not contain whey, lactose, phytoestrogens or artificial sweeteners.

Yes, MamaGlow is suitable for breastfeeding women. Protein, choline and DHA support breast milk production, recovery after childbirth and the overall energy balance of the body.

One package of MamaGlow contains 20 servings of protein. The monthly subscription includes one package of the protein. With daily use, one package will last 20 days.

No. Whey protein may cause bloating, gas, or digestive discomfort. In addition, it often contains artificial sweeteners and dairy derivatives that are not recommended for people with sensitivities or during pregnancy.
Unlike most products on the market, MamaGlow does not contain whey. Instead, it combines pea protein, collagen peptides, and egg white protein, making it gentler on digestion and suitable for those with lactose intolerance or sensitivity to dairy products.

MamaGlow uses a balanced combination of pea protein, collagen peptides (Type I & III from bovine sources), and eggshell membrane—a formula carefully designed for optimal absorption and the specific needs of pregnant and breastfeeding women.

Unlike some products that rely on whey (dairy protein), MamaGlow contains no gluten, no whey-derived lactose, and no artificial sweeteners, making it more suitable for women with sensitive digestion or food intolerances.

An additional advantage is the inclusion of:

  • Choline (100 mg) – to support the baby’s brain development
  • DHA from algae (40 mg) – a plant-based source of omega-3, suitable for women who avoid fish
  • 5-MTHF (L-methylfolate) – the bioactive form of folate that the body recognizes and uses immediately, even in women with genetic variations. It is essential for tissue growth and repair, crucial during pregnancy and fetal development, supports protein utilization, and plays a key role in proper red blood cell division, which is responsible for delivering oxygen to all organs and tissues in the body.

Pea protein is a high-quality, easily digestible protein that is rich in iron, BCAAs (branched-chain amino acids), and arginine—key nutrients for muscle tone, healthy circulation, and sustained energy. It is hypoallergenic, free from whey-derived lactose and artificial sweeteners, and suitable for nearly all dietary preferences.
Compared to animal proteins, pea protein is gentler on the digestive system, making it especially suitable for women with sensitive digestion or nausea, which is a common symptom during pregnancy. In addition, pea protein is naturally rich in iron, providing approximately 25–30% of the daily requirement of this essential mineral—particularly important for helping prevent anemia during pregnancy.

Yes, MamaGlow can be taken together with prenatal vitamins. The formula does not contain high doses of vitamins that create a risk of overdose when combined.

What do customers say about MamaGlow?

"As a nursing mother, I am extremely careful about what I take – because I know that every sip is also a concern for my baby. MamaGlow dissolves easily, has a delicate taste and does not irritate my stomach – I feel like pure and real food. What I like the most is that it contains pea protein – no swelling, no heaviness, unlike the whey versions. And the fact that the formula includes choline, DHA and folate gives me peace of mind that I provide my body with everything it needs during this sensitive period. It gives me energy, it satiates me – especially on hectic days, when time for myself is short. MamaGlow really supports me where I need it most."

"I started taking MamaGlow at the very beginning of pregnancy – and I was lucky to be part of the women who accompanied the creation of this formula. This connected me to the product in a very personal way. I like that the base is pea protein – it doesn't cause bloating or stomach discomfort, which I often felt with the whey options. And it dissolves easily – I add it to smoothies, juices or even to breakfast. The taste is delicate and measured, just as it should be – especially when your tastes change with each trimester. And blueberry is not accidental – it brings antioxidants and care, even in the smallest detail. MamaGlow is a product that shows that mothers have a thought in mind – both their body and soul."

"As a woman who didn't give up exercising during pregnancy, I was looking for something that would really give me strength and be safe for my baby. MamaGlow gives me everything – protein, choline, DHA – without anything superfluous. It is easy to digest, does not swell and is a great ally for me after yoga or a long walk. I feel energetic and calm that I am giving my body care. I was previously used to sports proteins, but they often contain artificial sweeteners, high doses of caffeine, whey with difficulty in tolerance, or supplements that are not suitable during pregnancy. MamaGlow is a formula I can trust – because it's created with us mothers in mind."
