Who are Mamoirs' mothers?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

The mothers we turn to at Mamoirs are women who want to be<\/span> there for their children \u2013 with attention, understanding and with inner resources, not in constant survival mode.<\/p>

They are not looking for the perfect method, nor the universal advice , but knowledge<\/span> that helps them make informed choices for their family.<\/p>

They are interested in the modern understanding of children’s development\u2014emotional, physical, cognitive\u2014and want to create an environment in which their children grow up with respect and freedom.<\/span><\/p>

They are also looking for support for themselves<\/span> \u2013 for recovery after childbirth, for balancing caring for others with caring for themselves as women.<\/p>

I am Kristina<\/span> \u2013 a Christian, Bulgarian, wife and mother of two children. Always seeking, learning and doubting. <\/p>

I have lived in six countries. I have a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the London School of Economics, a Master’s in Marketing Management from Esade, Barcelona, and my most recent diploma is as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner at NTA. I am the eternal student with new interests, who is increasingly realizing how many things she still does not know. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

I was born in Sofia \u2013 the city to which I always return. Home and root are my foundation: here I am real, here I sleep most peacefully, here I am myself. <\/p>

As a mother of two children from a mixed marriage, I believe that my most important mission is to give them roots to remember who they are \u2013 and wings to have the courage to fly. My life in recent years has been a colorful thread of travel, adventure and challenges; of laughter, love and many lessons. <\/p>

In mamoirs<\/strong> I will talk about my path in motherhood \u2013 what is useful and interesting for me and my children, and how I try to preserve myself as a person in order to be a real example for them.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

I am Patricia<\/span> \u2013 from Ruse, but for 17 years now Sofia has been my rhythm and home.
After graduating in law in England and spending a few years in the corporate world, I realized that true satisfaction does not come from titles, but from the meaning we create ourselves.<\/p>

My love for entrepreneurship and motherhood intertwined and gave life to Mamoirs \u2013 a project where heart and mind go hand in hand, and each mother finds support, inspiration and her voice.<\/p>

I am the mother of one child \u2013 my greatest teacher and mirror.<\/p>

Motherhood has changed the way I look at the world \u2013 it has made me more patient, more sensitive and more aware. It was this new look that inspired me to create Mamoirs \u2013 a place to share the path of a mother: the challenges, the moments of doubt and those little magics that only children can give us.<\/p>

I recently graduated as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner at NTA in the USA \u2013 an education that gave me a deep understanding of the relationship between nutrition, hormonal balance, energy, and emotional well-being.<\/p>

I weave this knowledge into Mamoirs to turn it not only into a source of support, but also into a practical guide to the health and balance of mother and child.<\/p>

I am a believer and deeply convinced that one of the most important things I want to pass on to my child is:
